A stranger recommended MobileTech to me when I was in search of a place that does a full service oil change at a decent price. After a couple oil changes, I needed more extensive service. During what should have been very routine services (transmission, brakes, fuel injection, new tires, and new battery) my driver's side door locking mechanism decided to break. Because my car was in the care of MobileTech, David and his team fixed the door lock at no charge to me. A completely random occurrence at no fault of MobileTech. I highly recommend MobileTech for fair prices and great service!

Very knowledgeable shop ..guarantee on work

Went in with an overheating truck. They charged me a diagnostic fee ($25 I think) and told me the engine had a catastrophic failure. Estimate was over $5,000 to completely replace the engine. I had just replaced the engine 2 years prior so I was very upset. Drove 1 block away to OSC Auto on Princess st. They told me it was the water pump. Charged me $180 and the truck has been running like new for over 6 months. Either they are crooks or the technician was completely incompetent. I wouldn't go into Mobile Tech if they were the only mechanics in Wilmington.

David goes out of his way to help others and I really appreciate him and his teams help. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am going through warranty issues with my vehicle and he has been helping me through each step of the way. After I left the shop with some issues (which are covered by the warranty) with my 2017 Elantra....he followed up to make sure it had been taken care of. He is continuing to assist me throughout this frustrating journey with the dealership. That’s some awesome customer service right there! Go through Mobile Tech! 👍
