This shop is truly amazing. I took my Toyota forerunner in for probably roughly 20 appointments. They kept blowing me off telling me nothing was wrong with my vehicle and that they couldnt feel the vibration that I was feeling and pretty much treated me like crap about it. I took this truck into mobile tech and within 2 1/2 hours they had found the problem. It was covered under warranty, and I felt vindicated. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put forth in finding this issue cause they could feel that vibration immediately, and Toyota had done several things wrong in this situation. I have a certified preowned vehicle that I purchased directly from Toyota I will never take my vehicle back to them again. Id rather take my vehicle to these guys and pay out of pocket, then have Toyota work on it again I truly appreciate their kind words and their due diligence throughout the process thank you guys.
