Brought in my vehicle to have its damaged info/GPS/radio unit replaced. Although delivery of replacement from supplier was delayed unexpectedly due to weather, etc. I was provided with a loaner car for the duration which was greatly appreciated. Once the replacement unit finally arrived it was installed satisfactorily without any further delay. Doug kept in touch with me every step of the way and without any of the typical "b.s." one might expect to receive from many other shops in the area. Jennifer was also very helpful as well. As a result I'll be returning to have my regularly scheduled maintenance services performed at Mobile Tech. Tim G.
