This is the most amazing shop I've ever gone to. They make you feel just like family! Doug is so knowledgeable without being a know it all. Being a woman going into a shop I've had so many mechanics exaggerate the necessity of a repair, lie about what is wrong, or try to overprice a repair not knowing that I've worked as a mechanic myself. Doug gets your car fixed and back on the road at a really good price. Jen the woman that works the desk is so wonderful. She is laid back and listens and is very on top of getting people scheduled at a time that works for you and never over books. My car had always been done earlier than expected and fixed correctly the first time! I've only had limited interactions with the guys that work back in the shop, but what I have had was impressive. They don't act like filthy sailors they are respectful and well behaved. It is a clean and family friendly environment in the aspect that of you were stranded at a car shop with your kids this is one you wouldn't be worried in. I honestly love the fact that it is easy to get into and know that eventually they are going to get way more busy once people realize how good they are, but I have to be honest when it comes to the only shop I'll go to! If you love your car you have to take it to them! Plus, I love their new shop on Market by the railroad tracks! I miss the bright blue and red paint... hopefully they eventually paint the new building in honor of the old one, lol!
