Let’s just say I never had any issues with my car until I took it here. I took my car to get brake pads changed and am still facing issues that they caused months ago to my car. Will never go back and will never refer to anyone. I am so disappointed and wish I never went there to begin with.
Erin, I can not seem to find you anywhere in our system and no history of you ever being a customer, if by chance it’s under another name I’d look to look up the history and view all the notes and the work we performed. I’d also like to personally address the issue, that is if you’ll allow me. Seeing as my staff has nothing to lose by addressing your concerns because they are all on a salary and not a commission based pay plan. You can reach me directly at 910-227-9196. You and I can take a test drive, put it in the air together and we can go over absolutely every single component of the brake system and you and I will go through the entire diagnosis process with me, that is, it you have time and willing to do so. Once we determine if and what is causing it was done by our shop, I will then personally make the repairs myself and deliver the free vehicle to you at no charge. If the above does not suffice, then if you will simply take it to the local dealership and they can put in writing it was caused by our shop, any issues you are having, then I will pay them to fix it and refund you the total amount plus $500 for your time.
