Received work on my car from mobiletech early this year. Spent 3k. Car road great. I loved that they had 3 yr warranty on their work and the reviews at both locations were great. Took my car back for an oil change went out of town, came backz my car was jerking. Called mobiletech and was asked why I waited so long to call them about the jerking. That rubbed me the wrong way. Especially after I'd explained I'd been out of town and my car hadn't been driven in 2 weeks and was told I'd be charged a diagnostic fee. I decided to just drive cuz id just soent 3k. The car couldn't have been that bad. 4 months later, the jerking has gotten worse. I called and took my car to get serviced. After researching I knew the issue was with the fuel pump or something with the fuel. When the guy called back and said it was my engine mounts I said are you sure its nothing to do with my fuel? He said no the vibration came from the engine mounts. I said do you mean the jerking? He said yes. I needed my car back asap for work and theyd done great work before so I told him to go ahead because hed also said we need to order parts asap. I google vibration of car while driving and it said engine sliding is what caused the vibration but I hadn't experienced that. It was a jerk. When the guy called back he said we got your car back but its still jerking not as bad. I was pissed immediately because I knew theyd just picked some shit to charge me for. My car started JERKING soon as I pulled off! Same hard jerk! Not even a week later, yesterday!I'm on my way to work and my car starts the worst shake ever! No longer a jerk! I was scared I was going to cut off in the middle of the street! Had my car towed to to mobiletech this morning, they called and said guess what?! We need to reboot your fuel system and replace your coils all for 1100 dollars! When I'd told the mfs it was the fuel system in the 1st place! When I told them about my original statement about the fuel. All he did was keep repeating what he read on the paperwork! Then said they showed me the mount like I knew wtf a engine mount looked like! And yes! My car has 140k miles on it. Had my suspicion been confirmed about the fuel I may have opted out! Over 800 put of pocket! I'd never take my car back here!now I cant drive my car at fucking all!

HONEST - These guys are totally on the up & up! Sometimes things can’t be fixed. They worked fastidiously to program a new key for my truck. Due to software limitations of the truck, they could not complete the task. Most places would’ve charged me for the hours of labor involved, but not Mobile Tech. I’ll go back in the future 😊

I was very disappointed that when I tried to return for replacement a battery that was only 13 months old. They wanted me to tow the car to them before they would replace the battery even though the battery was tested by 2 different shops and confirmed bad. I just brought a new battery on my own for a third of the price I paid them. Shortly after leaving a less than positive review the owner personally contacted me and took full responsibility for the situation. He took steps to make the situation right and informed me the policy has since been changed and communicated to the employees.

Hello Jeff, Believe there was a mis communication. I believe you were told to bring the battery OR vehicle by so we can test and confirm it has gone bad, this is standard practice we need documents from testers which are serialized to provide to the manufacturer for credit.
