Love the guys at Mobile Tech. They're knowledgeable and fair. I wouldn't trust anyone else with any of my vehicles.

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's reviews like this that we strive for!

David and his crew are skilled and highly professional; they will get, and keep, your car running smoothly. We've been taking our cars there for years, and continue to do so for years to come. With warranty they provide, you get peace of mind knowing a repair was done right, and that they stand by it, which is why we recommend Mobile Tech early and often!

Thanks Brendan for taking time out to leave us such kind words with how busy your schedule has been. It's always a pleasure to see you and your wife. Thank you for always keeping us number 1 for car repair!

Terrible customer service at Mobile Tech. Josh was extremely rude and condescending. He was even rude to people who called in on the phone to check on their vehicles. If I were the owner of MT and I heard the way Josh spoke to me, I would have fired him on the spot. I will never take my car back there again, and I will warn others against doing so. This is a response to Mr. Friend. This is my kid's account. Anyway, I was absolutely not late to my appointment. I had a 2:00 appointment, and I was there at 1:55. I was five minutes early. I was not told when I checked in that there would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I asked Josh at 2:40 when does he think my car would be looked at. He told me I should feel lucky about being seen at all, because they were turning people away. I should feel lucky? I had an appointment. He could have said he was sorry that they were backed up, but he didn't. I asked him what the number hanging from my car review mirror meant, and he said it meant somebody put it there. He continued to be condescending when all I wanted to know is how they went about their procedures of being seen. He also walked over to me and handed me my keys, and said if I was in a hurry that I could leave. I went out of the building twice. I had to call the owner of the car to tell him that it hadn't been seen yet, and what was going on. I went back in to check on the two kids that were with me, and I walked back out to call my work. That is not erratic behavior. I get it that you are taking up for your employee, but he isn't being honest.

Mrs Wilkie, It took me and Josh several hours to determine who left this review but after careful research realizing that Charlie Charleston was an alias, we discovered the source. I find it hard to believe Josh would be rude to you, however I believe the issue stems from a bit of impatience on your part on 7/22/16. You came to my shop seeking a pre purchase inspection, when you arrived late for your appointment you were told that it would be 30 to 45 minute wait. You were here a total of 40 minutes. After sitting down you repeatedly opened and closed the lobby door with 100F temps and badgered Joshua over and over in front of calmly waiting customers and his peers over being there for 15 minutes and the vehicle wasn't pulled in. So much so that you had angered the other patiently waiting customers with your erratic behavior. Joshua however, remained composed as he usually is in similar situations. Joshua made every attempt to get your vehicle into the shop and out as quickly as possible as did my technician, ensuring we were through with he 1994 Buick Road master with 110,214 miles. We didn't want to see you purchase a lemon and despite how rude you were to me, my staff and my patiently waiting customers, we still have you what you paid for: a through pre purchase inspection. I'm sorry that Joshua came off rude, he is certainly far from it. I will admit there is no bsing about him. He will tell you exactly how it is. He was simply attempting to give you the absolute best possible service you were paying for. Alas, at times we are often given little to work with in terms of patience and time frames from customers. Reality often times does not match expectations. As I teach my 6 year old child patience is a virtue I often find my self offering this lesson to adults, colleagues and my staff. I'm sorry you had such an awful experience but I greatly appreciate the time you took to leave us a review and to google the opportunity to write a rebuttal to the facts. I hope the time we forced you to wait was not completely in vain and that we gave you the information and needed tools you needed to make your 23 year old vehicle purchase. Thank you again. Very friendly and helpful service. Quoted me about $100 less than the other shops I called around to. Quality service for a fair price!

Thank you Mallory for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review. Glad we met the mark and saved you some money as well!

Was referred by a friend to take my 05 Tacoma to MobileTech for regular maintenance and repair so I gave them a try. First few visits for oil change and tire rotation were ok but when my valve cover gasket started leaking it was down hill from there. Dropped it off in the AM and 7 hours later got a call that it was ready so I went and picked it up, checked for oil leaks as it sat there and ran, paid and drove home. When I got home I noticed oil had puddled up on the valve cover, I soaked it up wiped it all down and that was that. Next day I drove to the hardware store was in there for 30 minutes or so and when I came out I noticed oil under the front of the truck so I popped the hood and sure enough oil was puddled up on the valve cover again. When I got home I soaked it up and got a flash light to get a better view and I saw there was white stuff around the bolt closest to the firewall. I took it back up there that afternoon to show them what I found and after the guy at the counter talked to the mechanic that did it he told me this "The bolt that holds the valve cover in place was stripped, our mechanic put welding putty on the end of the bolt, in the bolt hole, and at the head of the bolt to hold it in place as a temporary fix but eventually you will need to get it fixed" At this point I was speechless I wanted to know why they didn't tell me that when I picked it up, why they weren't going to fix it when clearly it was their mistake they tried to hide and NOT mention. I bought the truck brand new and this was the first time the valve cover had been removed. As expected no one wanted to admit to the damage, apologize for it or fix it. I offered to pay half the repair cost to fix it and make it right and still nothing. I have had several people ask me about taking their vehicles there and after telling this story they don't as they shouldn't. This all goes back to the old saying "you get what you pay for". If I could post pictures on this review of the damage I would.

Chris, I have little notes on this vehicle or history. Per car fax this vehicle has only been to my shop three times. I pulled car fax and can see it was purchased at 48,988 on 11/09/2007. I am having a hard time finding a few or any oil changes done here other then the one on 3/20/15, in fact that was the only one we had ever performed. I do however see in the CarFax the vehicle has had several repairs made by Rice Toyota as well as maintence and repairs including (spark plug removal) The vehicle brought in first to check for a a rattling noise on 3/14/2015 and which time the rattle noise was discovered to be internal to the engine, caused by no engine oil. At that time we discovered a massive leak at the valve cover gasket area, we added oil (3.5 qts) we charged you nothing for the technicians time or the engine oil. Guess this goes back to the other old saying, no good deed goes unpunished. The vehicle was picked up on 3/14/15 and brought back on 3/20/15 at which time the valve cover gasket, spark plugs and a oil changed were performed. They did make notes about the back bolt being stripped that he had tapped and added sealer (gray rtv) to it that it shouldn't be an issue. It was noted on your ticket that we found the bolt stripped. The vehicle was brought back in for a a oil leak on 7/20/15 at which time it was discovered that the bolt was again leaking. The technician again removed the bolt and added a sealant (gray etc) again. We never saw this vehicle any other time for any other repairs or services just the one time for the initial noise, again for the repair at the valve cover and the one and only change we performed and again when you had further leaking issues. However Rice Toyota had performed an oil change and cleaned the motor on 11/03/14 and noted oil leaks then. I'm terribly sorry you had issues and that you left feeling they were unresolved. That is never my intentions and as any of the thousands of repeat customers over the last 8 years will tell you we always stand behind our work. I believe my technician and my staff made every attempt to facilitate a repair. It's unfortunate the vehicle has been sold or I'd gladly make the repair personally at no charge. If you still have the pictures please feel free to e-mail me then at [email protected]. I always strive to right a wrong and if i can earn a customer back, I would certainly like to. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, it will go along way in how we approach issues on he future. Thank you.
