I was very disappointed that when I tried to return for replacement a battery that was only 13 months old. They wanted me to tow the car to them before they would replace the battery even though the battery was tested by 2 different shops and confirmed bad. I just brought a new battery on my own for a third of the price I paid them. Shortly after leaving a less than positive review the owner personally contacted me and took full responsibility for the situation. He took steps to make the situation right and informed me the policy has since been changed and communicated to the employees.
Hello Jeff, Believe there was a mis communication. I believe you were told to bring the battery OR vehicle by so we can test and confirm it has gone bad, this is standard practice we need documents from testers which are serialized to provide to the manufacturer for credit.
