Literally heard the service tech Steven call me a mental case when he thought he had hung up on me... And hadn't. appt 800 plus dollars on my car only for them to tell me that I need to spend another 2 grand. I wouldn't trust anyone that talks about their costumers that way .They will never get any business from me or anyone I have affiliation with.
Emily, I spoke to Stephen. I think if you called my mother names, like a c*** wh***.... I would have said much worse. None the less... It’s also my understanding you have frustrations stemming from other shops, but there’s no need to take them out on me, let alone Stephen who’s merely trying to help you. I talked to Stephen and he understands that he needs to use more tact when dealing with certain situations but after hearing the phone conversation it’s hard for me not to side with him on this. I hope you can understand you can’t talk down to people in such a manner and expect just because they hold a job in a customer service manner that the job entails verbal abuse. It doesn’t.
