For years we had the dealer do all of our servicing, but after a couple of bad experiences I went looking for.an alternative. That was harder than I thought & it took a couple of false starts before I found MobileTech. The service is consistently friendly and very helpful, whether you are there for something small (such as state inspection) or a big job. I particularly like that they don't try to oversell/upsell you, and will offer suggestions that are clearly in your interests (not just in theirs!). Everybody on the team seems to really know cars, and how things work. You would think that would be obvious at a place that works on cars, but a surprising number of places have people on the front counter who are only able to take your keys & phone number. These guys know their stuff, and can ask useful, informed questions that can make a difference in getting the job done better.
