Went in with an overheating truck. They charged me a diagnostic fee ($25 I think) and told me the engine had a catastrophic failure. Estimate was over $5,000 to completely replace the engine. I had just replaced the engine 2 years prior so I was very upset. Drove 1 block away to OSC Auto on Princess st. They told me it was the water pump. Charged me $180 and the truck has been running like new for over 6 months. Either they are crooks or the technician was completely incompetent. I wouldn't go into Mobile Tech if they were the only mechanics in Wilmington.

David goes out of his way to help others and I really appreciate him and his teams help. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am going through warranty issues with my vehicle and he has been helping me through each step of the way. After I left the shop with some issues (which are covered by the warranty) with my 2017 Elantra....he followed up to make sure it had been taken care of. He is continuing to assist me throughout this frustrating journey with the dealership. That’s some awesome customer service right there! Go through Mobile Tech! 👍

I have been taking my truck to MobileTech for over 3 years now, and I cannot overstate what a great business this is. I have had transmission work, tires, oil changes, key replacements, and other services all performed here and every time the quality of the work is outstanding, the customer service is second-to-none, and the pricing is transparent and fair. Could not recommend this establishment higher.

Worked on car when told not to. Charged for services that i didnt authorize.

Benjamin, I’m gonna just say, I highly doubt that occurred at our shop. In fact if you’d like to tell me the date, time and when you had your car I will gladly pull all the call logs and paper work. But first... I will need a name that’s actually in our customer database, as we have absolutely NO RECORD of a Benjamin McGuffin in our system. If you indeed didn’t approve something then we surely owe you compensation. Seeing that no one working for us has ever in 10 years proceeded with repairs a customer didn’t authorize, I find this to likely be a extremely fake review.
