While traveling to visit family, my car started to shift really hard in low gear. I tried a local dealer in Wilmington and a garage they recommended when they couldn't schedule me for a diagnosis. The garage couldn't see me till the next week but when I walked into Mobiltech, they were able to see my car the next morning. Keep in mind this was during the 4th of July week. I dropped my car off promptly at 8am and they gave it a thorough inspection and a clear explanation of what they found. The hard shifting was due to the transfer case, not the transmission. The car was using 4wd. We were able to continue our travels in 2wd safely and without issue. I appreciated the service and integrity of the staff. Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful.
The service advisor Mark was very knowledgeable very helpful and explained in detail what needed to be done When work was finished he explained what had been found and explained the test results in detail

Had a coolant leak on my vehicle. Called Mobile Tech at the down town location and explained I was in town and wanted to see if someone could take a look at it for me. I was told yes. When I arrived, Rena gathered the needed info and I only had to wait about 15 minutes before a tech could look at It for me. Thankfully it was only a small clamp on a coolant hose that had failed. The tech replaced to clamp, topped off the coolant and I was on the road in less than an hour. I have used Mobile Tech several times and plan to continue. Thanks Rena for the quick service!
