I was told by another service center that I needed a new hybrid transmission. Mobile tech was so thorough in diagnosing the issue that they found a bad section of wire and repaired it. Great service and people.
Complete transparency when it comes to pricing, diagnostics and repairs. Emails with pictures during the process of repairing your vehicle and constant updates. Service writers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Every time I go to this exact mobile tech.. The gentlemen are one hundred percent courteous at the counter and the technicians they have are absolutely unbelievably skilled and very well knowledged. Hunter hall , has done the work on all of my vehicles work and inspections. He is very meticulous in his work and extremely thorough. Excellent team over there at mobile tech. Thank you very much. Great mechanics and good communication
I’ve used this location twice now. I have a Nissan rouge that I bought used which was apparently a lemon. I thought I was going to go belly up in the car because I couldn’t afford the crazy prices all these other places were quoting me at because they basically wanted to repair things until they accidentally stumbled onto the fix because they didn’t know what was actually wrong with the car. I’ve had to have the final drive assembly replaced and now the transmission (cvts are known for their issues apparently). They quoted be lower than all the other shops because they actually knew what was wrong with the vehicle and they helped me go through where I financed through to help cover the repairs which I didn’t even know you could do. On top of that all of the people there (I’ve gone through mark who is especially great) are so kind and talk to me (a young female with no understanding of cars) with complete respect and support, no belittling or talking down like many other mechanic places. They keep in depth notes and their diagnostics check like everything when you bring it in for the one issue. They have quick communication, thanks to the online service they provide via email. And one of the best parts is almost all the repairs they do they give a warranty on with no additional cost (to my knowledge) so I don’t have to worry about the same issue happening twice. Overall it’s a great place and I don’t think I’ll be going to another mechanic. And I couldn’t have had such a great experience in such a hard time without Mark’s help. 100/10 recommend.
The staff and technicians are friendly and accommodating!I trust their knowledge and expertise and willingness to explain the work being performed. The waiting area is the cleanest I have ever encountered in a service shop. I am grateful to have found this level of car care.
