I locked my keys in my car in the trunk in fact, and it seemed like I wouldn’t get them out. However, these guys were hell-bent on doing so, and they succeeded. If they had not, I would’ve needed to redo the entire case out of the car, which one of them twice as much as I paid, and they managed to get into my trunk and then I have to make a full key set. Very professional and they seem like they really want to do the best for the customer. Usually I go to the downtown location and this time I went to the one closer to Ogden because that was the closest to tow. So I have used the downtown location for 7+ years and now this one and it’s where I continue to take my BMW and in the past my Jetta.
