Mobile Tech performed pre-purchase inspections on two autos I was considering to buy. Very thorough. Short notice. Timely reply to email inquiry. Friendly and expert, detailed feedback. Purchased one and not the other greatly based on their reports. Tremendous service to avoid getting stuck with a bad car!

I appreciate that MobileTech does a full check to find other issues that may be affecting the vehicle performance. If they do find issues, they document with photos and comments and you get to decide to confirm or deny the recommended procedures. The link they send you lists everything out with pictures, comments, and estimated total cost; which is helpful for me as someone who prefers reading over and processing their findings instead of trying to process in real time face to face or over the phone. They are always super helpful and I highly recommend them.

Mark did a great job of assessing the significant damage I caused to the tie rod and rack and pinion steering on my car. The parts were ordered and car repaired in just a few days. So glad that a friend of mine recommended them to me.

Mobile Tech is the BEST, hands Up! I can't express how grateful, appreciative and thankful I am at the service I received by this company! I've taken my car to two Performance Shops, three garages, two transmission shops, two Mobile mechanics, and a friend and no one could figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. My car was in Limp Mode for almost 3 years. I threw a lot of unnecessary money into trying to get my car running again per diagnostics from other shops and garages to no avail! After talking my car to one shop that had to call Mobile Tech to figure out an issue for them, I decided to give Mobile Tech a full shot at it and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. I dropped my car off Sunday night and left the key in the drop box and by Monday afternoon, I received a call that my car was read for pickup! For years we had the dealer do all of our servicing, but after a couple of bad experiences I went looking for.an alternative. That was harder than I thought & it took a couple of false starts before I found MobileTech. The service is consistently friendly and very helpful, whether you are there for something small (such as state inspection) or a big job. I particularly like that they don't try to oversell/upsell you, and will offer suggestions that are clearly in your interests (not just in theirs!). Everybody on the team seems to really know cars, and how things work. You would think that would be obvious at a place that works on cars, but a surprising number of places have people on the front counter who are only able to take your keys & phone number. These guys know their stuff, and can ask useful, informed questions that can make a difference in getting the job done better.

Super customer service, high quality work, very fair prices. MobileTech looks ordinary on the outside, but inside is a real gem of a team who know what they are doing, and are pleasant to work with. Can't ask for more than that!
