These guys were great professional and friendly they fixed the problem for me and I was able to drive all the way home feeling rest assured that my car was going to make it I put 425 miles on it so these guys did a great job on my mini Cooper thank you mobile tech it ran great and my air conditioner was brand new what a pleasure it was driving home lol Dan thank you Doug and the young lady that was there. While traveling to visit family, my car started to shift really hard in low gear. I tried a local dealer in Wilmington and a garage they recommended when they couldn't schedule me for a diagnosis. The garage couldn't see me till the next week but when I walked into Mobiltech, they were able to see my car the next morning. Keep in mind this was during the 4th of July week. I dropped my car off promptly at 8am and they gave it a thorough inspection and a clear explanation of what they found. The hard shifting was due to the transfer case, not the transmission. The car was using 4wd. We were able to continue our travels in 2wd safely and without issue. I appreciated the service and integrity of the staff. Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful.
