We've had nothing but outstanding service from the folks at Mobile Tech downtown! They are friendly and efficient. They have always kept us informed of any problems they may find suggesting work that should be done but not selling unneeded services. For example: we're relatively new to North Carolina. When we took our vehicles in for inspection to renew our registrations, they explained how the process worked and pointed out that since my Grand Cherokee had after-market tint it would need an additional tint inspection for additional fee. Upfront before anything was done so I knew exactly what it would cost. Their pricing is reasonable (5-qt. synthetic oil change with tire rotation about $90). We trust Mobile Tech with our vehicles and highly recommend them.
