Had towed there. Had diagnostic check, plethora of red lights on check, they diagnosed for cap rotor coil(which was corroded). Said fixed, two days later same issues returned after picking up. Stalled in traffic through an intersection, way too close of call in front of an 18 wheeler. Customer service and response time was terrific, that’s a +. But after all the time it spent at shop, and $ spent. I did a little searching online, and found the problem and fixed it myself in an hour. TPS/IAC. Took to shop because I didn’t have the down time to do myself, also thinking it was something I couldn’t address. Their attention to reach out and check with customer for where to go next is great. But from what I’ve read and found online, the problems I had were relatively common.

Paid $3000 to have my breaks done on my truck. Everything thing front and back. Then this morning My breaks locked up and smoke was coming from them. I call them and they have it towed. Now they want me to pay $1000 to fix the problem.

Very friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend for other women. Didn't feel like I was getting the run around and I wasn't talked down to.
