Mobile Tech are trustworthy and honest mechanics. We have been to them many times for various cars and they are always the utmost professionals. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond to be accomodating and helpful. My daughter was recently told she needed a $500+ repair at a tire facility and she brought it into Mobile Tech who let her know it was just a loose bolt and didn't need a replacement of the part! I recommend Mobile Tech for any repairs you need, they have always been priced the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I trust this shop 100%!

my jeep broke down on friday night 700 hundred miles from home tow operator reconmended them called in am mark told me he was not sure he they could work on my jeep but they got my jeep in and had me back on the road that day, thanks again for the Great service and fair pricing

I moved to Wilmington almost two years ago and began using Mobil Tech for vehicle service. I only have positive things to say about this shop. I've had three cars serviced by them. My first was a Honda Civic. They kept it in tip top shape for the many miles it drove each day. November of 2014, the Honda saw its last trip. The engine failed and required a replacement. I debated back and forth about whether to replace the engine or purchase a new car. Instead of Mobil Tech rushing me in to replace the engine for $3,000, they stayed on the phone and discussed with me what my best option was. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a new car based on the age of the Honda and other potential failures it might incur in the next few years. Now I bring my new Ford Focus for service. I driver my car over 100 miles a day and I trust them completely to let me know what needs to be done each time I bring it in. I know I am getting a fair price for the services needed as well. I also have a 2007 Trail Blazer that has seen better days and needs a TON of work. I have never felt pressured to complete the work needed on the car. I bring it in and have one item worked on at a time based on the priority of safety/functionality. These guys really are the best and this is coming from someone who swore up and down I would only take my car to the dealership for service prior to discovering this place. They do business the way it should be done. They offer quality work at a fair price and totally back up their work with a 3 year or 36 k miles warranty. You can't beat that in today's market There are very few business left that still believe that integrity and honesty matters, but these guys still do.

My vehicle required a replacement rear axle after a leaking pinion gear seal left me stranded on the side of the interstate. A 45 minute tow to MobileTech was a risky one since I'd never been there and it was late on a Friday evening and after hours. I was fortunate to meet someone on-site who graciously accommodated me and my vehicle. The next day, the service rep was quick to locate a replacement part and provide a quote that was very reasonable for the scope of the repair. I was more than pleased with the final product. Sure, there were some hiccups along the way, but David and his team did a superb job overall. The point I want to make is that MobileTech is the real deal; it's a well run business that really understands the customer. They go above and beyond to ensure all work is of the utmost quality and that every customer is treated respectfully and goes home having had a positive and memorable experience. To me, that means everything.

The staff at mobile tech headed by Dave are consummate professionals. I recently had to have quite a bit of work done on my Mercedes and they were honest and accurate with thediagnosis. The estimate I received was the best of the 3 total estimates I got from 2 other shops. They performed the work expeditiously and the total bill was in line with the estimate I received, so there were no surprises. I picked the car up at the time it was promised. The car is running great, I can feel the difference from the work they did . I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism that the entire staff demonstrated. I worked primarily with mark and he was just great.I have found a new car repair shop for life and I will always be a customer, not just for repairs but for periodic maintenance that my car requires as well as yearly inspections. Dave runs an excellent business and I know you will not be disappointed if you entrust your car repairs and maintenance issues to him and his staff.
