Went because my check engine/IMA light was coming on for my hybrid battery. They were upfront and honest about my options of having my battery updated, replaced, refurbished, and if I could wait a little longer before taking any action. Customer service was great and service was timely. They did a software update, but my battery light was still coming on. My battery was passing all of the tests they were conducting, so they assured me there was still some life left in it and that I did not need to replace my battery immediately. This was almost 3 months ago, and they called me last week letting me know that there was a new warranty for the battery in my car that I might be eligible for, and suggested I try to take my car to the dealership. This was just really above and beyond great customer service in my opinion!
