We've had nothing but outstanding service from the folks at Mobile Tech downtown! They are friendly and efficient. They have always kept us informed of any problems they may find suggesting work that should be done but not selling unneeded services. For example: we're relatively new to North Carolina. When we took our vehicles in for inspection to renew our registrations, they explained how the process worked and pointed out that since my Grand Cherokee had after-market tint it would need an additional tint inspection for additional fee. Upfront before anything was done so I knew exactly what it would cost. Their pricing is reasonable (5-qt. synthetic oil change with tire rotation about $90). We trust Mobile Tech with our vehicles and highly recommend them.

Had to have my vehicle towed to the down town location for a concern with the engine temperature. It was diagnosed as a failed thermostat and repaired in a few days. The price was great. I have driven it several miles and have no issues. We take all our vehicles there for service. I will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Mobile Tech - Down town. Thanks guys! Michael

I had rodents chew wiring in the engine compartment. I talked my insurance company who encouraged me to take it to an insurance authorized body shop. The body shop told the insurance company that MobileTech is who does their electrical repairs. Communication was great, office is very organized. It is dealer quality service at a cheaper price. Once the parts arrived the repair and cleaning of the engine was completed in less than a day.
