A technician called me before work began, informing me of the cost and suggesting that not all of the Subaru suggested maintenance was required, saving me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary service. This impressed me immensely. Mobile Tech is clearly in the business of customer service, not merely maximizing profit. The quality of the work appeared excellent. And the service was performed in a very reasonable time frame. I am completely satisfied. Mobile Tech, not the local Subaru dealership, is now my choice for car care in the future.
