I have been taking my cars to Dave and his crew for over 6 years now, and I have never been ripped off. Unlike most other shops in Wilmington, these guys are very honest and fair with their prices, and you also get the satisfaction and peace of mind knowing that whatever repairs you're getting done are going to be done RIGHT and amazing quality. Nowadays you can't find good mechanics that know what they're doing, and have integrity as well! I highly recommend!

Went because my check engine/IMA light was coming on for my hybrid battery. They were upfront and honest about my options of having my battery updated, replaced, refurbished, and if I could wait a little longer before taking any action. Customer service was great and service was timely. They did a software update, but my battery light was still coming on. My battery was passing all of the tests they were conducting, so they assured me there was still some life left in it and that I did not need to replace my battery immediately. This was almost 3 months ago, and they called me last week letting me know that there was a new warranty for the battery in my car that I might be eligible for, and suggested I try to take my car to the dealership. This was just really above and beyond great customer service in my opinion!
