I had a parasitic draw on the battery. It was killing the battery in one or two days. I was unable to figure out what was causing it. I read the reviews on this company and decided to take it to them to see if they would be able to find it. It took them a bit to find the problem and it was finally narrowed down to the instrument cluster that was replaced in 2019. A circuit board had gone bad but it had a lifetime warranty and the company gladly replaced the cluster. They did a great job because it took them a while to find it. They went through the vehicle thoroughly and checked everything. Good job Mobile tech. I appreciate all you did. James

Recently my wife and I were traveling to Wilmington, NC, when we experienced transmission trouble. It was just a little before 5:00 pm on Friday the 13th. As we were 170 miles away from home, we contacted our extended warranty carrier to recommend companies in the area. We feel so fortunate to have picked Mobile Tech (5929 Market Street). David and his crew were phenomenal! They worked with our provider to ensure that we received quality parts and the best reimbursement toward our repairs. They were in constant contact with us through the whole process of replacing our transmission, radiator, and torque converter. We are so appreciative of their professionalism and quality of service.
