I’m not exactly sure what warranted the 3 stars. We don’t sell people cars. We don’t engineer cars. We don’t build replacement parts either. What we do here, is is give you the facts and information straight up without the beating around the bush with guess work or uncertainty. We definitely accurately diagnosed it and gave you a proper explanation and estimate. As I not only personally worked with the technician who diagnosed it, but I also assisted in preparing the through estimate with Mark, your advisor. Clear and transparent notes with photos. I’m sorry you only owners the vehicle for 6 months, I’m assuming the dealer you bought it from was contradicting what we said, either way I sure hope it was repaired and serviced properly.
